Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude in order to motivate and encourage subordinates;
- Prioritize the importance of tasks making effective, efficient decisions and assigning tasks to the appropriate employees;
- Maintain attendance records of team members, including approval/denial of PTO requests;
- Communicate staffing needs to upper management;
- Promote employee growth within the firm;
- Learn tasks, identify process improvements and conduct performance audits;
- Clearly define processes and requirements and effectively and thoroughly communicate same to staff;
- Demonstrate the ability to be a team player.
- Problem-solve and multi-task without sacrificing job quality;
- Attend and participate in weekly supervisor and peer meetings;
- Facilitate and govern weekly staff meetings providing clear objectives and productivity goals;
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years skip trace experience;
- 2 to 5 years supervisory/management experience;
- Working knowledge of civil lawsuits, title, foreclosure, and real estate transactions;
- Experience working in a high volume environment;
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing;
- Experience in MS Office as well as title search engines.
- Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment;
- Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner;
- Experience in skip tracing from collections or investigations;
- Working knowledge of skip tracing data bases including Accurint, Choicepoint, LocatePlus, federal, state, county and municipal websites in addition to newer social network sites.
